Environment setup

I use the virtualbox as the hypervisor of kali vm because it had been previously installed on my computer.

The link of kali in this book had been removed, so instead, I use the link: https://images.offensive-security.com/virtual-images/Kali-Linux-2016.2-vbox-amd64.ova to download the full kali image
